Easy to setup

Simply find your favourite product and select which subscription plan you’d like. Add to the cart by selecting “Sign up now”. Complete the checkout process and voila! You are now enjoying 20% off your favourite product and it will automatically be sent to you each month.

Full Control

Manage your subscriptions directly from your My Account section. Here you can view your next billing date, pause your subscription and more. To add to your subscription, simply purchase a new subscription plan as above and you’ll be able to see this here also!

Pick a time of the month that suits you. If you would like to change your renewal date, please contact us and we can do this for you, no problem at all.

Simply select “Pause” to put your subscription on hold and “Reactivate” to resume. You can also renew your next payment early, if you wish.

Please note: If you pause your subscription we may contact you to find out why and see how we can help.

Cancellation

The minimum term for each subscription is 3 months (6 months for bi-monthly subscriptions) – after this time you can pause or cancel with no penalties or charges. Please note that your subscription payments will continue as normal after the 3 month minimum term unless you inform us otherwise.

If you would like to cancel for whatever reason, simply pause your subscription (to prevent further billing) and let us know, we can then close your subscription for you.

A cancellation or pause (unless otherwise agreed) before the minimum term will incur a fee of the discounted 20% RRP not paid.
